"I was extremely impressed with Tim. I had to call him and reschedule due to a conflict with caring for my 90 year old mom. He was understanding and happy to help. He and his assistant arrived right on time and completed the repair carefully and within a short period of time. He told me to call him if I had any problems (as with the glue) and unfortunately it did leave a line. I called him and he came back out to correct the problem. I was prepared in advance that the glue might do that but there was no way to know until it dried completely. I will use Superior Carpet again for cleaning, etc. and would recommend Tim to others. "The initial estimate was way too high. I had to negotiate it down to a barely reasonable amount. the cost to move just a few pieces of very small furniture was to high ($75), so I moved the four pieces myself. The job was done well and the workers stayed on target. They did vacuum up at the end, however, I had to go back and snip the frayed ends of carpeting left over from the stretching tool....they should have caught that. Overall a good job. "
